Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
