- Food coloring (pink or red)

- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for filling)
- 1/4 cup raspberry puree (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine almond flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
- Add granulated sugar gradually and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Fold the almond mixture into the egg whites gently.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the macarons sit for 30 minutes to form a crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool completely.
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, powdered sugar, and raspberry puree.
- Assemble macarons by sandwiching filling between two cookies.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Let them sit for a day for improved flavor.
- You can substitute raspberry with other fruit purees.
