- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Slowly stir in boiling water until well combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Whip the cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Frost the cooled cake with whipped cream and decorate with strawberries.
