Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Add milk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and heavy cream to make frosting.
  10. Frost cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles.
