Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Add milk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and heavy cream to make frosting.
- Frost cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles.
