Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup assorted nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and heavy cream over low heat.
  3. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds.
  6. Add nuts and dried fruits on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  8. Remove from molds and serve.
