Instructions

- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
- Add red food coloring to achieve desired color.
- Pour batter into bento cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool completely.
- Frost the cakes and decorate with fresh berries.
