- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup buttercream frosting

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost with buttercream and sprinkle with red sprinkles.
