Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture. Stir well.
  3. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place the slices in a greased baking dish.
  10. Let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  11. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk for icing.
  13. Spread icing over warm rolls and serve.
