Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture. Stir well.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place the slices in a greased baking dish.
- Let them rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk for icing.
- Spread icing over warm rolls and serve.
