- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, pureed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and strawberry puree until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for better texture.
- Top with additional strawberry puree before serving.
