Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
- Insert a stick into each apple.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cream over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture boils and turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt.
- Dip each apple into the caramel, coating evenly.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with red and pink sprinkles.
- Allow to cool and set before serving.
