Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
- Add the dark chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Fold in the nuts and mini marshmallows.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
