Valentines Cake Balls: 10 Sweet Bites to Melt Hearts

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box cake mix
  • 1 cup frosting
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to package instructions.
  2. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  4. Add frosting and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls.
  6. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave.
  8. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  9. Add sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
  10. Let the chocolate harden before serving.
