- 2 sheets nori, cut into hearts

Instructions
- Prepare the rice and let it cool.
- Shape the rice into heart shapes using a mold.
- Mix the chicken with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Place the chicken on top of the rice hearts.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices around the rice.
- Use nori to create heart decorations.
- Add pickled ginger and edamame to the box.
- Drizzle mayonnaise over the top.
- Pack the bento box carefully.
- Serve fresh for a perfect Valentine’s treat.
