- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add chives, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers.
