Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or salad.
