- 4 cups Rice Chex
- 4 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, and mixed nuts.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in caramel sauce and vanilla.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the Chex mixture and stir to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Add chocolate chips once cooled and mix well.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a week in advance.
- Feel free to add your favorite nuts or candies.
