- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Marinate tilapia fillets in the tomato-herb mixture for 15 minutes.
- Place tilapia on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from grill and serve with remaining tomato-herb mixture.
