Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and oil.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the tandoor or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with naan or rice.
- For a smoky flavor, use charcoal in the tandoor.
