- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups refried beans
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, beef mixture, salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Repeat the layers.
- Top with remaining cheese, olives, and green onions.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- Use whole wheat noodles for a healthier option.
