Summer Treats: 5 Refreshing Popsicles to Beat the Heat

Delicious summer treats to enjoy on hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add strawberries, coconut milk, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  6. Remove from molds and enjoy.

  • Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer.
