- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and corn.
- Add avocado and feta cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

- Feel free to add grilled chicken or shrimp for protein.
