Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the feta cheese to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
