Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the diced fruits.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix honey and lime juice.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and toss gently.
  4. In a small bowl, mix chopped pistachios, mint, and basil.
  5. Sprinkle the herbed pistachio crumble over the fruit salad.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
