Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cherry tomatoes and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour the eggs over the tomatoes and cook until the edges start to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with avocado, mixed greens, and feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
