- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Brush barbecue sauce on the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- Marinate chicken for a few hours for better results.
- Serve with coleslaw and corn on the cob.
