- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour before grilling.
- Serve with coleslaw or corn on the cob.
