Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken in BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour before grilling.
  • Serve with coleslaw or corn on the cob.
