Instructions
- Blend strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
- Add strawberry puree to the cream mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the ice cream maker’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
