- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
- You can adjust the sauce ingredients to taste.
- For extra spice, add some chili flakes.
