- 2 cups pecan halves

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and brown sugar.
- Add the pecan halves to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Spread the pecans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- Great as a topping for salads or as a standalone snack.
