- 4 sandwich rolls
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Toast the sandwich rolls.
- Assemble the sandwich with shrimp patties, lettuce, and tomato.
- Serve immediately.
