- 400g fideuà noodles
- 500g mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 400g crushed tomatoes
- 750ml fish stock
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until soft.
- Add the mixed seafood and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and smoked paprika.
- Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
- Add the fideuà noodles and season with salt.
- Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of paprika for more or less spice.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
