Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until soft.
  3. Add the mixed seafood and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and smoked paprika.
  5. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the fideuà noodles and season with salt.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
