Ingredients

- 200g fideuà noodles
- 300g mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 400ml fish stock
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and smoked paprika. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the fideuà noodles and stir well to coat.
- Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
- Add seafood and season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat and let simmer until noodles are cooked and seafood is tender.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
