Ingredients

  • 200g fideuà noodles
  • 300g mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 400ml fish stock
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and smoked paprika. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the fideuà noodles and stir well to coat.
  5. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
  6. Add seafood and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Reduce heat and let simmer until noodles are cooked and seafood is tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
