Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water or broth to a boil.
- Add oats and salt. Reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cooked spinach, cheese, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top with avocado and a fried egg if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the consistency by adding more liquid.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or spices for more flavor.
