- 2 bell peppers, chopped

- 2 zucchinis, sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place sausages in a large baking tray.
- Add chopped vegetables and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything to combine.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
