Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- Add heavy cream, peppercorns, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet.
- Simmer the sauce for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
- Slice the steaks and serve with the peppercorn sauce on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
