- 1 lb fresh tuna, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add tuna cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated tuna onto skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your preference.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
