- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tbsp oil for 15 minutes.
- Mix hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, then set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper for 2 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan, add the sauce, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- Slice beef thinly for quick cooking.
- Adjust sugar and vinegar to balance sweetness and tanginess.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
