Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and dashi until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, cabbage, green onions, and meat. Stir to combine.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  4. Scoop batter onto the skillet and shape into a circle.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and mayo.
  8. Top with bonito flakes and nori flakes.
