Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Crackers or cucumber slices for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add celery, red bell pepper, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve with crackers or cucumber slices.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- You can substitute lobster with shrimp if desired.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
