- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
- Fry chicken pieces in hot oil for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
