- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the meat mixture into kebab shapes on skewers.
- Thread bell pepper and zucchini onto the skewers.
- Place kebabs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
