- 200g sweet potato noodles
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 100g beef or chicken, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the sweet potato noodles in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and stir-fry the meat until cooked.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry until softened.
- Add the drained noodles, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic.
- Mix everything well and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the vegetable quantities as per your preference.
- You can use tofu for a vegetarian option.
