Ingredients
Scale
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 7g dry yeast
- 350ml warm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt and yeast in a bowl
- Add warm water and 2 tbsp olive oil
- Knead dough for 5 minutes
- Let rise for 1 hour
- Press dough into oiled baking tray
- Dimple surface with fingers
- Drizzle remaining olive oil
- Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes

- Use bread flour for chewier texture
- Add rosemary or sea salt for extra flavor
- Dough should be sticky but manageable
