Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, and bacon until well combined.
- Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
