- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix gently until combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your choice of sauce.

- Use fresh crab meat for best flavor.
- Chill the patties for 30 minutes before frying for better shape.
