Hearty Beef Goulash Recipe with 500g Tender Meat Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Brown beef cubes on all sides, then remove.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  4. Add paprika, caraway seeds, and bay leaf.
  5. Return beef to pot, add broth and tomatoes.
  6. Simmer covered for 1.5 hours.
  7. Add bell pepper and cook for 30 more minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
