Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and taco seasoning, cook until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, corn, black beans, and red onion.
- Add cooked turkey to the salad mixture.
- Toss salad with salsa and cheese.
- Serve immediately.
