Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and mix with vegetables.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
