- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook ground lamb in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Place a portion of the lamb mixture on each tortilla.
- Smash the tacos gently to combine ingredients.
- Top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, tzatziki sauce, and feta cheese.
- Serve immediately.
