Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add beef broth and let it simmer.
  7. Add cooked meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the garlic butter.
  8. In a separate pot, combine heavy cream and 1/2 cup parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  9. Drain linguine and add it to the creamy parmesan sauce.
  10. Serve meatballs over the creamy linguine and garnish with parsley.
