- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add beef broth and let it simmer.
- Add cooked meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the garlic butter.
- In a separate pot, combine heavy cream and 1/2 cup parmesan. Stir until smooth.
- Drain linguine and add it to the creamy parmesan sauce.
- Serve meatballs over the creamy linguine and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Adjust garlic according to taste.
